Mallika Chopra is a mom, media entrepreneur, author and public speaker. She is the author of the Just Be Series - Just Breathe, Just Feel, and Just Be You - a trilogy of illustrated how-to books for children (and the adults in their lives). These books provide simple tools to understand and support social and emotional knowing, resilience, meditation, mindfulness and self reflection. Mallika's newest book, My Body Is a Rainbow, helps children imagine a rainbow of colors radiating from their body and combines this color connection with breathing exercises to help them relieve stress, tension, fears, and sadness and to feel happier and more at peace. In Living With Intent: My Somewhat Messy Journey to Purpose, Peace and Joy, Mallika shares insights she gained while seeking meaning and balance as a mom and entrepreneur who felt she was overwhelmed by work, family and too many responsibilities. Mallika has taught meditation to thousands of people, and is currently a mindfulness consultant for the animated series, Stillwater, on Apple TV+. She enjoys speaking to audiences around the world about intention, balance and living a life of purpose. Mallika has a BA from Brown University, an MBA from Kellogg Business School, and an MA in Psychology and Education with a mind body spirit concentration from Teachers College, Columbia University.
Daniel (they/them) is a 500-hr E-RYT based in Charlotte, NC. Daniel moves through this world as a trans, non-binary activist, educator, and facilitator of yoga and meditation. They are one of the 7 co-founders of the Trans Yoga Project, a group of wellness educators committed to creating equitable and affirming spaces for trans and queer communities.
Wellness educator, Meditation teacher, Reiki Healer and Author, Devi Brown has been associated with The Chopra center for the past 7 years. She is certified in Primordial Sound Meditation, Spiritual Psychology and Energy Healing and regularly teaches in Los Angeles, C.A as well as leads retreats and events internationally. After over a decade of working in hip hop entertainment as a radio and television host, Devi Brown answered her calling to become an advocate for women of color in the wellness space. Devi’s company KARMA BLISS is devoted to spiritual connection meant to aid in the healing of generational trauma. Through her best-selling book Crystal Bliss and her podcast Dropping Gems, Devi’s work is rooted in sharing tangible healing modalities with millennial and generation Z women of color in support of whole-life enhancement.
Sheila Patel, M.D. is the Chief Medical Officer for Chopra Global and a board-certified family physician who is passionate about helping people improve their health and wellbeing by integrating holistic healing practices with modern medicine. For more than a decade, she practiced full-spectrum family medicine for all ages and now continues an outpatient practice in Southern California. She is a Chopra certified meditation, yoga and meditation instructor and now enjoys teaching mind-body practices that allow people to heal, balance, thrive and live to their full potential.
Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar is a world-renowned Ayurvedic physician and medical astrologer from a family of traditional Vedic healers in India. He holds a B.A. in Ayurvedic medicine and completed a three-year residency as an M.D. (doctorate in Ayurvedic internal medicine) at the prestigious Pune University in India.
Jackie is a sound musician, meditation leader, & mental health advocate who has played sound bowls & led breath-work for some of the largest meditations in the world. Jackie facilitates sound globally for mass meditations through The Big Quiet, has worked on tour with Oprah Winfrey, is resident sound practitioner for Chopra Global, & Director of Medi Club (sister community to The BQ).
Jennifer Johnson has worked at Chopra for the past sixteen years as a core educator, creator, and master trainer of Chopra’s signature spa services. She is certified in Massage Therapy and Hypnotherapy, and is also working towards a certificate in medical intuition. Ayurveda is at the core of everything Jennifer believes and practices, and she loves to teach others how to take control of their own health, happiness, and healing using its principles. She is passionate about using energy medicine to find the source of a person’s disease or discomfort, and loves to try to treat even the most challenging of cases. Jennifer has one mission: To help people find their joy. Her goal is to teach others to connect to their bodies and shift their attention to what makes them happy, so they can use that joy to better their lives and spread happiness to those around them.
Karena Dawn is an entrepreneur, trainer, best-selling author, and co-founder of Tone It Up, the leading fitness and lifestyle community for women. Her lifelong passion for fitness, mindfulness, and spiritual empowerment have made her a leader in the wellness space. Born and raised in Indiana, and currently lives in Austin, Texas by way of California. Dawn began cultivating her spiritual practice from a young age. Meditation and movement transformed her life and helped her overcome a dark period of depression and substance abuse. Since then, she has practiced daily meditation and followed The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success for more than 10 years. Londrelle is an Atlanta-based poet, author, and musician. Londrelle’s works, words, and poetry are deeply inspired by eastern philosophy and ancient spiritual text. As an independent artist, he has released six studio albums under his label and publishing company Eternal Sunshine. As a self-published author, he has released three books. His self-help poetry book, also entitled Eternal Sunshine, released in 2017, continues to inspire minds and nurture souls along the spiritual path. Londrelle is the creator and voice of the popular mindfulness and meditation app "Eternal Sunshine," which provides daily inspiration and mindfulness talks to its over one million daily users. Londrelle's art and offerings remain anchored in his desire to serve and remove suffering from the hearts and minds of all souls.
Born in Liverpool, England, Roger Gabriel spent his formative years in the United Kingdom and first learned meditation there in the early 1970s. It instantly became his passion and he soon trained to be a meditation teacher under Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
Sarah Finger is the co-founder of ISHTA Yoga, LLC and the private yoga teacher of Dr. Deepak Chopra. Sarah is the co-presenter with Dr. Chopra of the online course, “Finding Connection Through Yoga,” produced by Yoga Journal and The Chopra Center. She teaches trainings, workshops, and retreats internationally with her husband, Yoga Master Alan Finger, and is a featured expert on Jiyo, a revolutionary new digital platform that brings health and wellness to online communities all over the world. Sarah is on the Board of Directors for Exhale to Inhale, a non-profit organization that teaches yoga to survivors of domestic violence. Her daughter, Satya, inspires her every day to live a life based on love and unbound potential.
Most humans like myself are bound by the limitations of our own minds, ingrained beliefs that stunt our possibilities to truly be whatever we wish to be.
