For more than a decade, she practiced full-spectrum family medicine, from prenatal care to ER coverage. As an integrative medical provider, Sheila currently offers medical consultations that combine the best in conventional medicine with the wisdom of Ayurveda. Sheila is certified as an instructor of Ayurveda, yoga, and meditation.
Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar is a world-renowned Ayurvedic physician and medical astrologer from a family of traditional Vedic healers in India. He holds a B.A. in Ayurvedic medicine and completed a three-year residency as an M.D. (doctorate in Ayurvedic internal medicine) at the prestigious Pune University in India.
Paul Mills is a Professor of Family Medicine and Public Health, Director of the Center of Excellence for Research and Training in Integrative Health at the University of California, San Diego, and Director of Research for the Chopra Foundation. He has expertise in psychoneuroimmune processes in wellness and disease, publishing over 325 manuscripts and book chapters on these topics.
