Orders and Returns

Is there sales tax on orders?

Yes, only for California residents.

Can I edit/cancel my order?

Because we work hard to quickly fulfill and ship your products, edits and cancellations to orders once placed are not guaranteed. Please email us at as soon as possible if you become aware of an error.

Are gift cards available?

Yes they are. You can find them in the Gift Cards section under the Shop tab on our website.

How do I redeem my gift card?

During the checkout process, you'll see an option to enter your gift card code. Enter the code, and the corresponding value will be applied to your total. Enjoy your purchase!

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and Diners Club.

What if the product I want is out of stock?

We apologize for the inconvenience! Please rest assured that we are working to replenish our inventory. Please join the waitlist to stay informed about restocks and new arrivals.

What if my coupon code doesn’t work?

What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we're unable to make edits since our orders are promptly forwarded to our shipping department. We kindly ask you to double-check your address details prior to finalizing your order.

What's your return policy?

To protect the health and safety of our customers we do not accept product returns. In the event you receive an incorrect order or defective goods, please contact within seven (7) days of receipt. We will review your order and any reported issues and offer a resolution which may include, at our sole discretion, replacement of the product in question or a partial/full credit to use at your convenience. Please note that once a product has left our facility, we’re unable to offer a refund.

In certain rare instances, such as if you received a defective product, we may request that you return a product for examination, in which case we will provide a shipping label. Alternatively, we may ask that you provide photos of the product labels, including lot number and expiration date, and a detailed description of any damage reported.

Where does Chopra ship to?

At this time, Chopra products ship exclusively to the United States, Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, and Germany. Orders outside the Continental US such as Hawaii, Alaska, Territories, APO/FPO will take longer based on address (same charges apply). We hope to add extended shipping ranges soon!

What shipping methods are available to the US?

We ship to all 50 states, Washington DC, U.S. P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. The below shipping methods are estimated delivery times in business days and will differ based on your shipping address as well as during peak holiday times.

Standard shipping
 ($7.95, free with $100+ orders): Est. 5-8 business days *
Expedited shipping ($34, excluding HI and AK): Est. 3–4 business days *
* Order placed by 6:30 AM CST, Mon-Fri will be processed day of purchase.

What shipping methods are available for non-US countries?

Currently, Chopra ships to Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, and Germany. The below estimated delivery times are in business days and will differ based on your shipping address as well as during peak holiday times. We plan to expand our international shipping offers soon.

Canada and Mexico

Do I qualify for free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more for shipments to the U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO only. Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash. Terms of offer are subject to change.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
