Extended yoga classes will help you bring well-being to your body. Each 75-90 minute session will be offered at sunrise and sunset. Every session will also be offered in Spanish and English.
Small group sessions will foster close connections with fellow meditators who will help support and encourage you, resulting in friendships that will endure long after the retreat is over.
Designed by a certified nutritionist, our Mayan-inspired meals use fresh, local ingredients to promote lightness of body, clarity of mind, and openness of spirit. Gluten-free options are available by request.

Devi is devoted to spiritual connection meant to aid in the healing of intergenerational trauma and internal liberation. Her work is rooted in weaving ancient and modern practices into tangible healing tools that are in support of emotional growth and radical self-love.
Sarah Finger is the co-founder of ISHTA Yoga, LLC and the private yoga teacher of Dr. Deepak Chopra. Sarah is the co-presenter with Dr. Chopra of the online course, “Finding Connection Through Yoga,” produced by Yoga Journal and The Chopra Center. She teaches trainings, workshops, and retreats internationally with her husband, Yoga Master Alan Finger, and is a featured expert on Jiyo, a revolutionary new digital platform that brings health and wellness to online communities all over the world. Sarah is on the Board of Directors for Exhale to Inhale, a non-profit organization that teaches yoga to survivors of domestic violence. Jessa Blades is a celebrity makeup artist, herbalist, and wellness expert based in New York City. She is a pioneer in the natural/clean beauty movement with her workshops and masterclass trainings focused on wellness, cannabis, natural beauty, Ayurveda and food-as-medicine. She is deeply passionate about sharing simple and gentle ways to heal and nurture the body and skin to look and feel our best by connecting to nature, rituals and listening to the body. Jennifer Johnson has worked at Chopra for the past sixteen years as a core educator, creator, and master trainer of Chopra’s signature spa services. She is certified in Massage Therapy and Hypnotherapy, and is also working towards a certificate in medical intuition. Ayurveda is at the core of everything Jennifer believes and practices, and she loves to teach others how to take control of their own health, happiness, and healing using its principles. She is passionate about using energy medicine to find the source of a person’s disease or discomfort, and loves to try to treat even the most challenging of cases. Jennifer has one mission: To help people find their joy.
