Clinical studies published in Nature’s Translational Psychiatry and done in partnership with the University of California San Francisco, Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School, and Mount Sinai School of Medicine have shown that in as little as 5 days, participants who undertake the Chopra Meditation program can experience strong mental health improvements including long-lasting reductions in depression and as much as a 14% increase in mindfulness. From a physical health perspective, Chopra meditators have experienced a clear and quantifiable change in their bodily functions, including improvements in immune function and suppression of stress-related responses such as inflammation.
