The Chopra Meditation program is built on 4 decades of hands-on meditation training from the world’s foremost experts. The unique Chopra approach can help reduce both stress and anxiety and has been clinically proven to bolster the body’s immune system while unlocking the body's ability to fight the effects of aging.

Clinical studies published in Nature’s Translational Psychiatry and done in partnership with the University of California San Francisco, Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School, and Mount Sinai School of Medicine have shown that in as little as 5 days, participants who undertake the Chopra Meditation program can experience strong mental health improvements including long-lasting reductions in depression and as much as a 14% increase in mindfulness.
