Ashley brings over 15 years of Culinary experience, where she was most recently Executive Chef at Tooth & Nail Winery in Paso Robles, CA. There, she crafted a contemporary culinary program, including Banquets for weddings and large parties, all during the pandemic. Before that, Ashley was the Executive Chef at Canyon Ranch, where she flourished in all the details of a wellness resort. She created health-focused, nutritional menus, while still preserving taste, quality and presentation. Her experience at Canyon Ranch sets the foundation and understanding of what we want to accomplish here at CIVANA. For more than seven years, Ashley worked with Loews Hotels across the country from Atlanta to Nashville, then Tucson. She knows the hotel and resort Culinary operation well, from outlets to Banquets.
The proficiency Ashley’s gained throughout her career has led her to CIVANA, a place where she felt passionate about and desired to be a part of our mission. Not only is she thrilled to lead the Culinary team, but we are just as eager to have her join efforts and continue elevating our Culinary program and guest experience!
Ashley just moved to the Valley with her husband, Ricky, and pups, 2 German Shepherds, Zeus and Ava. Living and breathing this industry, Ashley loves to explore new cultures and cuisines. She stays well and focused by practicing yoga, working out and hiking. She is happy to start exploring this area and call a new place home.
