Rejuvenate with five full days focused on spiritual and physical self-care. Your days will be full and fulfilling with sunrise practices, guided walking meditations across the beautiful Tenaya Lodge grounds and eye-opening satsangs by the fire.

Participate in twice daily yoga sessions to ground the body and help bring focus to the mind. Each 60-minute session will be guided by master instructors and inspired by Chopra Yoga.

She is the lead teacher and creator of a 200hr yoga leadership teacher training through lululemon and is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). She currently lives in Vancouver, BC with her husband and two teenage daughters.
