What can I expect when I attend this retreat?

Balance

Rejuvenate with five full days focused on spiritual and physical self-care. Your days will be full and fulfilling with sunrise practices, guided walking meditations across the beautiful Tenaya Lodge grounds and eye-opening satsangs by the fire.

Restore

Participate in twice daily yoga sessions to ground the body and help bring focus to the mind. Each 60-minute session will be guided by master instructors and inspired by Chopra Yoga.

Connect

Receive compassionate support and encouragement from the Chopra staff to help you become more self-aware and experience personal breakthroughs.

Nourish

Designed by a certified nutritionist, our primarily vegetarian meals feature fresh, local ingredients that promote lightness of body, clarity of mind, and openness of spirit. Made with fresh, local ingredients. All meals are included and vegan and gluten-free options are available by request.

She is certified in Primordial Sound Meditation, Spiritual Psychology and Energy Healing and regularly teaches in Los Angeles, C.A as well as leads retreats and events internationally.  After over a decade of working in hip hop entertainment as a radio and television host, Devi Brown answered her calling to become an advocate for women of color in the wellness space. Devi’s company KARMA BLISS is devoted to spiritual connection meant to aid in the healing of generational trauma. Through her best-selling book Crystal Bliss and her podcast Dropping Gems, Devi’s work is rooted in sharing tangible healing modalities with millennial and generation Z women of color in support of whole-life enhancement.

    Brent BecVar has worked in direct association with Deepak Chopra and the Chopra Organization for more than 26 years and was one of the first certified instructors of both Primordial Sound Meditation and Perfect Health Ayurvedic Lifestyle. In 1993 with Dr. Chopra and Dr. David Simon, Brent established and supervised the Sharp Center for Mind Body Medicine Residential Program in Del Mar, California, which later became the Chopra Center for Wellbeing.

    Sarah Finger is the co-founder of ISHTA Yoga, LLC and the private yoga teacher of Dr. Deepak Chopra.  Sarah is the co-presenter with Dr. Chopra of the online course, “Finding Connection Through Yoga,” produced by Yoga Journal and The Chopra Center. She teaches trainings, workshops, and retreats internationally with her husband, Yoga Master Alan Finger, and is a featured expert on Jiyo, a revolutionary new digital platform that brings health and wellness to online communities all over the world. Sarah is on the Board of Directors for Exhale to Inhale, a non-profit organization that teaches yoga to survivors of domestic violence. Her daughter, Satya, inspires her every day to live a life based on love and unbound potential.
