Updated COVID-19 protocols
We’ve put policies and procedures in place to keep you safe at our retreats, so you can focus on your growth without worrying about anything else. These policies and procedures continue to evolve in accordance with CDC guidelines as well as global and local conditions vis-à-vis COVID-19. Please check this page regularly for any changes or updates to the foregoing.
As of March 4, 2022, all guests at Chopra events are required to present proof of either (i) full, up-to-date vaccination against COVID-19 (which includes the receipt of all recommended booster doses); or (ii) a negative nucleic acid amplification COVID-19 test, which includes PCR among other tests (click here for more information), taken no more than three (3) days prior to the start of the relevant event. Presentation of a photo ID matching the applicable vaccination or negative test documentation is required for all event attendees. Please note that antigen tests, including all home or other rapid tests, are not acceptable proof of negative testing and, further, that vaccinated individuals that are not up to date with boosters as well as unvaccinated individuals with a history of previous infection require a negative test to attend Chopra events. Remember, if you’re not feeling well, please stay home!

Mallika Chopra is Chopra Global's Chief Executive Officer and a mom, media entrepreneur, author, and public speaker. She is the author of the Just Be Series - Just Breathe, Just Feel, and Just Be You - a trilogy of illustrated how-to books for children (and the adults in their lives). These books provide simple tools to understand and support social and emotional knowing, resilience, meditation, mindfulness and self reflection. Mallika's newest book, My Body Is a Rainbow, helps children imagine a rainbow of colors radiating from their body and combines this color connection with breathing exercises to help them relieve stress, tension, fears, and sadness and to feel happier and more at peace. In Living With Intent: My Somewhat Messy Journey to Purpose, Peace and Joy, Mallika shares insights she gained while seeking meaning and balance as a mom and entrepreneur who felt she was overwhelmed by work, family and too many responsibilities. Mallika has taught meditation to thousands of people, and is currently a mindfulness consultant for the animated series, Stillwater, on Apple TV+. She enjoys speaking to audiences around the world about intention, balance and living a life of purpose. Mallika has a BA from Brown University, an MBA from Kellogg Business School, and an MA in Psychology and Education with a mind body spirit concentration from Teachers College, Columbia University.
Devi Brown serves as the Chief Impact Officer at Chopra Global and is the voice of daily meditation on the Chopra wellness app. A wellbeing educator, author of Crystal Bliss, founder of Karma Bliss, a founding board member of the Mental Wealth Alliance, host of Black Effect Network podcast Dropping Gems, seasoned broadcaster and multi-modality healing practitioner. Devi is devoted to spiritual connection meant to aid in the healing of intergenerational trauma and internal liberation. Her work is rooted in weaving ancient and modern practices into tangible healing tools that are in support of emotional growth and radical self-love.
Sarah Platt-Finger is the Director of Chopra Yoga and the co-founder of ISHTA Yoga, LLC. Deepak Chopra has called Sarah “an extraordinary teacher of yoga who has contributed enormously to my well-being.” She received her 500-hour certification in the ISHTA lineage in 2004 and was initiated as a Yoga Master in 2013. Since then, Sarah has made it her life’s purpose to share the authentic teachings of yoga to a greater collective worldwide. She believes that yoga can be used as a microcosm for the reality we create off the mat, and that a deeper awareness of our physical, mental, and emotional patterns can bring us closer to the divine essence of our being. Sarah teaches an embodied and affirming practice that encourages healing, transformation, and self-empowerment.
Jennifer Johnson is the Senior Director of Mind-Body Programs for Chopra and has worked for years contributing as a core educator, creator, and master trainer of Chopra’s signature spa services. Ayurveda is at the core of everything Jennifer practices, and she loves to teach others how to improve their health, happiness, and healing using its principles. She is passionate about energy medicine and somatic therapies as tools to identify the source of a person’s disease or discomfort, ultimately leading to their unique expression of healing and wholeness. Jennifer has one mission: To help people find their joy. Her goal is to teach others to connect to their bodies and shift their awareness, so they can use the knowledge, find their joy to better their lives, and spread happiness to those around them.
