Mostly B’s: You’re Just Curious

You’re looking for ways to de-stress and unwind, and meditation seems like the right tool. You’re curious about a practice, but not yet sure you want to dive right in. Trying meditation on your own sounds a lot more do-able than going to a class or heading to a retreat.
