To protect the health and safety of our customers we do not accept product returns. In the event you receive an incorrect order or defective goods, please contact support@chopra.com within seven (7) days of receipt. We will review your order and any reported issues and offer a resolution which may include, at our sole discretion, replacement of the product in question or a partial/full credit to use at your convenience. Please note that once a product has left our facility, we’re unable to offer a refund.
In certain rare instances, such as if you received a defective product, we may request that you return a product for examination, in which case we will provide a shipping label. Alternatively, we may ask that you provide photos of the product labels, including lot number and expiration date, and a detailed description of any damage reported.
