Session 4: Teaching specialty groups and meditation studies
Discover unique methods for teaching specialty groups such as children and teens, people in the workplace, military, and more. Review the most recent research on meditation’s physical and emotional benefits.
Session 5: Advanced philosophy
Expand your knowledge of ancient philosophy behind meditation. Learn to integrate the four paths of yoga into your life and expand your knowledge of how to teach others to balance their energy.
Session 6: The Primordial Sound Mantras
Understand the purpose of mantras and how to teach them to students. Learn how an individual’s Primordial Sound Mantra is chosen and the proper pronunciation of all 108 variations.
Session 7: Teacher resources and business development

Session 8: Conclusion and graduation

Born in Liverpool, England, Roger Gabriel spent his formative years in the United Kingdom and first learned meditation there in the early 1970s. It instantly became his passion and he soon trained to be a meditation teacher under Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
Pandit Vamadeva Shastri (David Frawley)
Pandit Vamadeva Shastri (David Frawley) is a Vedic educator, or acharya, who teaches internationally to promote Vedic knowledge. He is noted for his ability to integrate Ayurveda, yoga, and Vedic astrology into a single system for raising consciousness that can be easily understood and applied today. Yogini Shambhavi Devi
Shambhavi is one of the most important and dynamic women teachers of the deeper aspects of yoga coming out of India today. Her teachings are rooted in the ancient teachings and traditions of Bhakti Yoga, Shakti Sadhana, Jyotisha (Vedic Astrology), Mantra Yoga and Ayurveda. Manjula Nadarajah is an educator at Chopra, certified in Primordial Sound Meditation and Perfect Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle. Through an inspiring and transformational journey, Manjula left her successful international corporate career in 2008 to follow her true purpose.
Teresa Long is a Chopra Educator and the Director of Chopra Certification Programs and administers the teacher training programs. She is certified through Chopra to teach Primordial Sound Meditation, Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, and Perfect Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle classes and an Ayurvedic consultant. As a member of Yoga Alliance, she is an E-RYT 200, 500-hour yoga teacher, YACEP, and has completed the trauma-conscious yoga training through Connected Warriors.
