Learn to live in balance with our signature Chopra Health Enrichment program. Taught by Deepak Chopra and our experienced faculty, this self-paced online program covers the foundations and benefits of Ayurveda—a 5,000 year old system of healing. Develop personalized routines based on your specific physical, mental, and spiritual makeup while expanding your understanding of the mind/body connection. Upon completion of this program, you’ll be eligible to become an Ayurvedic teacher through our Certification Program.
