What’s inside the program?

Session 1: Introduction to coaching

Learners will get an overview of the coaching process and begin finding sample clients.

Session 2: Coaching relationship

Learners will understand the role of the coach and how to integrate the teachings of both Health/Meditation. (MBTA).

Session 3: Coaching presence

Learners will identify their unique coaching style and presence (informed by MBTA).

Session 4: Manifesting desires 1

Learners will determine how to introduce the "powers of intention" and deliver "Core Coaching."

Session 5: Manifesting desires 2

Learners will learn how to improv coach around the theme of "powers of intention."

Session 6: Aligning dharma 1

Learners will determine how to introduce "finding purpose" and deliver "Core Coaching."
