Dear Chopra Community — I hope this message finds you, your family and friends in good health and spirits. When I became CEO of Chopra a year ago, I knew it would be challenging, but I could never have predicted the circumstances we now face. Fortunately, I am part of a company where the staff is more like family than co-workers. While our offices in New York and California are currently closed in compliance with the physical distancing guidelines, we are more connected than ever.
We are turning to the powerful practice of mindfulness to bring us together. Each morning our company meets up on a video conference to check in and join a guided meditation and breath exercise, led by one of our team members. I encourage you to find connection with your friends and family by inviting them to our virtual meditation gatherings: 21-Day Meditation Experience, Hope in Uncertain Times and the H(om)E Live Meditation.
We are here for each other and for our shared mission to increase well-being across the globe. Our work has never been as important as it is now and the Chopra business is very much open. In fact, we are more active than ever with our certification programs, digital courses, planning future retreats, and making our self-care tools as accessible as possible.
I am truly grateful to you for being a part of the Chopra family. We look forward to serving you for many years to come.
Tonia O'Connor, CEO
