Dear Chopra Community — When I joined the company last year, I was thrilled to be part of the Chopra Center’s impactful content and experiences, which have been empowering millions of people for more than 20 years. However, I was struck by the lack of 24/7 accessibility to our inspiring programs, especially our meditations and self-care guidance. In today’s world, we don’t have the luxury of scheduling when we need healing, sound sleep, stress reduction, mood management, or meaningful purpose. A daily practice of self-care is not a nice-to-have, but essential for all of us to experience our greatest health and joy.
I am very proud to announce that we are serving this pervasive need by launching our new Chopra Meditation & Well-Being App, your personal guide to whole health, incorporating mind, body, and spirit. Our new mobile app makes our expertise always available. We’re building on the eminence of Deepak and bringing diverse experts together in one place to offer you the most effective guidance and programs, while also supporting our mission to democratize well-being.
The Chopra App, initially available on iOS, offers our vast library of content with hundreds of meditations and practices, including personalized tools from Ayurveda. The app has something for everyone, including 5, 10, 20, and 30-minute sessions to suit all needs, as well as our most popular 21-Day Meditation Experiences. You can learn how to meditate, find immediate relief from daily stressors, discover the unique you, and go deeper on your journey to self-discovery.
And that’s not all. Every day we will post a new daily meditation in addition to the many more surprises we have in store.
