Psychotherapist and Master Educator at the Chopra Center, she has dedicated the last 18 years to guiding and accompanying thousands of people on the path of self-discovery through holistic psychology, meditation, yoga, and Ayurveda.
She has a degree in psychology with studies in Gestalt and Existential Psychotherapy. As a Psychologist and Vedic Teacher certified by the University of the Chopra Center and after years of study on Ayurveda in one of the most recognized Ayurveda schools in the United States, she created the Sattva Method and teaches meditation courses, Ayurvedic and psychotherapy consultations with a holistic approach providing the necessary tools to promote physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
Adriana has worked for more than 12 years at the Chopra Center, learning and teaching in different online programs and events, retreats, and certifications with Deepak Chopra and many more teachers throughout these years.
This work has allowed her to receive an invaluable world of experiences and information through the contact that she has had with different lineages, teachers, and schools of Meditation, Yoga, and Ayurveda in India, the United States, and Mexico through great spiritual teachers.
She travels regularly sharing teachings through courses, retreats, and conferences in Indonesia, the United States, and Mexico.
