Sonia Brill is a Chopra Center Certified Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor and classically trained New York University therapist with advanced training from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine for Family and Group Work in New York. She’s integrated western psychological principles with eastern philosophy to help individuals successfully resolve anxiety and stress.
