Sarah has been meditating for decades and has explored the spiritual heart alive in all parts of the globe  She has lived in numerous meditation communities, was the cook at a Zen Buddhist monastery in the wilderness, and  lived in a Hindu ashram in India.  She has directed programs for Deepak Chopra and Byron Katie. Sarah founded the McLean Meditation Institute (MMI) headquartered in the heart of mystical Sedona.
