"Being able to work at the Chopra Center has allowed me to fuse my love of wellness with my passion for business. Meditation, Yoga, and Ayurveda have become the staples of my life today, and allow me to always remember my true essence as a beautiful, radiant soul simply passing through this journey we call the human experience. I have always maintained a strong desire to help individuals set and reach goals, both in their professional and personal lives. I have seen the significant impact that health and spirituality can have on an individual’s life. I am a firm believer in the quote, 'We are always a work in progress.' I teach because I enjoy helping people progress and seeing the fulfillment it brings to their lives."
