Vedic Educator

Gabrielle has worked at the Chopra Center since 2006 and is a certified Vedic Educator, having completed teacher trainings in Primordial Sound Meditation, Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, and Perfect Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle. Although she has practiced many styles of yoga for more than a decade, she was first certified in the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga in 2008 and has been teaching yoga at the Chopra Center and Chopra Center events ever since. 

As her own body and physical needs have changed over the years, she has sought out wisdom from the many different yoga styles for healing along the way. She has earned her certification in Vinyasa and completed immersions in restorative and Bikram yoga. Her classes are a fusion of different yoga asana styles, but intend to embrace the true essence of yoga: the union of mind, body, and spirit. 

She teaches regularly at yoga studios, retreats, and rehabilitation centers, and is truly passionate about watching transformations occur in students and guiding healthy habits that change their lives.
