Dr. Kristen Konkol is a professor of Exercise Science at Syracuse University. She is a former Division I athlete and Peace Corps volunteer who also lived and worked internationally for nearly a decade. She is an avid lover of outdoor adventures, travel, and sport. She lives in Syracuse, New York with her husband, Brian, and their two children.
