Holly is writer and illustrator who’s deeply interested in how people can cultivate empathy and find contentment by taking up meditation. She also works with the London meditation center Will Williams Meditation and loves to support people in their quest to become healthier and happier. She believes that meditation can help solve individual problems that eventually are reflected in creating a better society as a whole, and hopes to inform and inspire people to consider beginning a meditation practice.
