If you're looking for a community and program to support you in gaining balance and well-being, look no further.
For years, I’ve been practicing self-love and what it means to truly be the change I wish to see in the world. I learned at a very young age that aligning my mind, my body, and my spirit was the only way for me to have true peace in life.
My name is Nitika Chopra, and it’s for these reasons that I’m thrilled to be part of the Embodied Project. As a Talk Show Host, Beauty Expert, and total Wellness Warrior, I am not only passionate about having as much balance and self-awareness in my life as possible, but I’m equally as passionate about supporting others in doing the same.
I was dealt a lot of challenging lessons early on in my life. At the age of 10, I was diagnosed with a severe case of the dry skin condition known as psoriasis. While this is a very common condition, I ended up getting it all over my body (from the tip of my toe to the tip of my head). And at 19, I got psoriatic arthritis as well.
While this could have sent me into a dark place, I pulled on every ounce of strength within me and chose to see this challenge as my greatest teacher in life. I’m not going to pretend that it was easy or that I never felt like crawling into a dark hole, or that being positive was something I accepted right away. It wasn’t. However, there came a time when I made a choice to be more committed to my happiness than to my suffering.
The Embodied Project
The thing I love most about the Embodied Project is that it’s not a quick fix or a false promise to answer every issue you may have on your plate. What we promise is a commitment to support you step by step, no matter your journey. With the Embodied Project, we have a chance to meet you right where you are and be your guide.
We all need help to get to where we want to be. Whether you need a book recommendation, a healing mantra, or just a community to let you know you’re not alone, this four-week process is designed just for you.
I wish something like this existed when I was at the lowest point in my healing journey; so I’m thrilled to be someone who can support you on yours. Cheers to getting where we want to be.
