“I think it’s time for a detox!” said over a million people around the world just yesterday. How many Facebook posts have you read about the latest liver detox, elimination diet, fat flush, or colon cleanse?
It’s great that more and more people are thinking about cleansing their systems. But a common oversight of people interested in doing a detox is failing to determine exactly why they have decided to detox in the first place.
Take this quiz to find out how to approach your next detox program. Please choose the response that most closely aligns with how you feel, and we’ll add them up at the end.
