Creating a More Compassionate World
This year’s Global Mediation will focus on Compassion—compassion is the most radical idea and necessary movement of our time. In a world that is increasingly stressed, crowded, and overburdened by stories of injustice and violence, we have become skeptical and desensitized to the suffering of others. The result of living in this way is continued isolation, a me-first attitude, and rising discrepancies between the have’s and have not’s.
It’s time to rediscover our common truth—that we are all one.
Through renewed empathy and love for all beings, we can turn around the rising tide of disconnection and reconnect to what truly matters.
How it Works
Participation in the Chopra Center Global Meditation for Compassion is completely free. All you have to do is sign up and sign in to access the livestream. Sign up using the form on the right side of this page.
On July 11, the world will gather together to meditate for peace and compassion around the world. We hope you can join this inspiring experience.
