Our first affiliate, Chopra Center & Spa at Dream is a New York City retreat for physical, emotional and spiritual health.

The Chopra Center & Spa at Dream New York offers Primordial Sound Meditation classes, Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga classes, and Ayurvedic spa treatments, all designed to relax, heal, and renew busy New York residents and visitors. Located at 210 West 55th Street, the Dream Hotel opened in Fall 2004 to great acclaim and is a member of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts, with an eclectic interior design, Manhattan-based Italian restaurant, Serafina and three exclusive bars including rooftop sensation AVA. Taking its cue from Dr. Chopra's California-based Chopra Center for Wellbeing, the Chopra Center & Spa at Dream is focused on helping New Yorkers, as well as visitors to the Big Apple, calm their chaos by integrating the ancient healing arts of the East into the frenetic lifestyle of the 21^st century.

The Chopra Center & Spa at Dream features a luxurious Ayurvedic spa specializing in signature-customized massage treatments, facials and baths tailored to one's body-mind constitution (dosha). Depending on one's physiology and personality, specific herbs and oils are blended to relax the body, soothe the mind, and awaken the natural radiance of healthy skin.

Dr. Simon, co-founder and Medical Director of the Chopra Center for Wellbeing has been working with Dr. Chopra for more than a decade to make sure this Center meets the needs of over-taxed New Yorkers feeling the stresses of work, home, family, and relationships. "Deepak and I wanted most of all to create an authentic environment that would allow New Yorkers as well as visitors from around the world to leave the pressures and deadlines behind them and reconnect with their calmest, most-centered selves.
