What happens at SynchroDestiny?

Those attending SynchroDestiny, will also be immersed in daily meditation and practice body-centered restful awareness with the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga.

Your day concludes with beginner and advanced Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga instruction; every evening is filled with an opportunity to share experiences with others in your group or join in the evening's activity.
