What happens at Seduction of Spirit?
Your journey begins each day at 7am with Yoga instruction and meditation. Then, the co-founders of the Chopra Center-- Deepak and David-- guide you through a daily practice of mindfulness, visualizations, the Law of the Day, and deep meditations. Dine on optional Ayurvedic vegetarian lunches designed from the Chopra Center cookbook. Deepak and David lead afternoon sessions which include immersion into the Spiritual Law of the Day, dancing, soul exploring excercises, rounds of meditation, and deep healing of your heart.
