Travel to India
I have flown to India , Mumbai about 2 yrs. ago. I Love India , the culture , the people, the food, even the noises and pollution. I have made plans to go back to India that I had to cancel earlier this year due to family health issues. The problem I’m having now is that I’m having much anxiety and fear about the flying there. My last trip the flight was fine.. I’m not afraid of crashing or anything such thing. Its just the last time I left for India I had an infected tooth and was having much pain in my ears from it. I was on antibiotics for it the whole time in India.
I very much wants and looks forward to going back to India and seeing more of India this time around and learning more of ayurvedic medicines. I just needs help in what I can do to free myself of the fear of the flight and anxiety I’m putting myself through as I’m worried of my physical health on the flight when I’m sure its unfounded fears and anxieties. Thank you for your time and help.
Answer:
Travelling can be a source of stress and anxiety for many people. In your case it stems from the painful tooth abscess on your last flight to India. So before you go you should have a thorough dental examination as well as a full medical checkup to make sure you aren’t going to have any painful in-flight problems. Beyond that you may need to do something to address the non-rational elements
of your fears. You can see a therapist for that if you prefer to have one-on-one help , but this is just the sort of issue that Emotional Freedom Techniques works so well on, so you may prefer to learn this
practice and do it for yourself free. The website is www.emofree.com and from there you can have the link to the EFT manual sent to your email address and then you can download and print it. This technique
helps reset and balance the energy patterns underlying our fears and pathologies, and it has been found to be very effective in cases like yours.

Deepak
