What brought you to the Chopra Center and what do you love most about working here?
I have done extensive work with NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) and NAC (Neuro Associative Conditioning) and wanted to extend my personal exploration. I’ve found my dharma at the Chopra Center. I am able to serve the Center and my guests and spread the word about meditation . . . it is so powerful to be part of this amazing organization and to teach others about the incredible transformation they can have by living a more Ayurvedic lifestyle.

What is your favorite programs consultant memory?
I have so many that it is hard to pick just one . . . but I would have to say that one of my favorites is the closing ceremony we have every week at the end of Perfect Health. To see the transformations of guests week in and week out really resonates with me personally. I truly understand that my mission is to assist others in finding their dharma.
