"I just wanted to take a moment and write to let you know what a wonderful experience the latest Journey into Healing was at Kripalu. I had been meditating regularly since Deepak got me "kick-started" at his Synchronicity get together which I attended with my wife a year ago also at Kripalu. I have to say that in that year's time the experience had been life changing for both of us. I went to the "Journey" seeing its emphasis on meditation as being beneficial, but did not expect any more life changing events to occur because of it. Well was I ever wrong - I learned more than I ever expected to - and even better - now my meditations are even more fulfilling - and my new life continues to evolve to places that I had never expected. I only attended the "journey" for personal reasons - and neither of us went with the intent of following through and becoming an instructor. But since then my wife and I have both signed up for the Seduction of Spirit and plan to complete the training toward certification. I have no idea where it will lead - but I am sure that it will be rewarding. I also found the primordial sound mantra to be very helpful, especially when dealing with background distractions during meditation. I have also joined the Alliance - and would really like to explore its possibilities further.
