How many Chopra Centers are there?
The Chopra Center for Wellbeing is the original Chopra Center, the home of Drs. Deepak Chopra and David Simon, and the heart of the Chopra Center universe. Located in Carlsbad, California at the La Costa Resort & Spa, the Chopra Center is a haven for those seeking healing, transfromation, relief, and discovery. The Chopra Center - New York at Dream Hotel in New York City opened in Fall of 2005. The hotel is quickly becoming a conscious destination for those visiting the Big Apple. What are the hours for the Chopra Center in Carlsbad?
Monday-Friday 6:30am - 8pm (PST) Saturday-Sunday 7:30am - 6pm
We are open every day of the year except for Christmas and New Year's Day.
Does Dr. Chopra do private consultations?
No. Dr. Chopra does not do private consultations. However, Medical Consultations are available at The Chopra Center with co-founder and medical director David Simon, M.D., and with a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist.
How can I communicate with Dr. Chopra?
The easiest way to communicate with Dr. Chopra is to visit the message board Ask Deepak. You will be required to register first.

Who is Dr. Simon?
Dr. David Simon is the medical director, CEO, and co-founder of the Chopra Center. Dr. Simon is also an Ayurvedic physician and a board certified neurologist.

Where is Carlsbad?
Carlsbad is a small coastal community in North San Diego County. Carlsbad is 30 miles north of the SD International Airport and 50 miles south of Santa Ana Airport in Orange County.
Which airport should I use?
Most guests fly into San Diego International Airport-Lindbergh Field. The Carlsbad Airport is also convenient.
What is The Chopra Center’s affiliation with La Costa Resort & Spa?

Are there other hotels/motels in your area?
Yes. If staying at La Costa is not suitable for you for whatever reason, there are many hotels and motels within a few miles of our center.
Do you offer any free services?
Yes. The Chopra Center offers many free introductory sessions at the Chopra Center and vistors are always invited to attend our daily group meditation.

Yes. Both beginner and advanced yogis can enjoy morning and evening classes 7 days a week at the Chopra Center. About yoga and class times.
